Diversity & Inclusion Consultant
Kathleen Nalty has spent her entire career focused on civil rights, social justice, diversity and inclusion. She is currently a consultant working with government agencies, corporations, and law firms to advance their diversity and inclusion efforts. Kathleen also teaches a course on diversity and inclusion at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Previously, Kathleen founded the Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI) in Denver, Colorado and led the nonprofit as its Executive Director for five years. Early in her legal career, Kathleen worked as a federal civil rights prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice where she prosecuted hate crimes, police brutality, and slavery cases. She received a B.A. from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of Colorado.
